😔 Refund policy
A 50% refund is allowed until June 20.
No refund will be allowed since June 20. Teams who wish to withdraw may either give up their slot or sell it to another team.

🤠 Breaking Eligibility Open category: All debaters
U18 category: All Homo sapiens under the age of 18 on the first day of the tournament.
Novice category : Less than 1 year of debate experience or no past (ANY) tournament break record.
Composite teams (debaters from different schools) are allowed.

The Yearning Youth Debate Series (YYDS) is a collection of best and most exquisite student-led debate competitions founded by a group of enthusiastic debaters with the aim to promote the craft of argument and critical thinking. Inspired by the Yoder Youth Debate Society (YYDS)—a student-built debate club—the project aims to make World Schools and British Parliamentary debating format accessible to more individuals. By sponsoring high-level debate competitions, we wish to encourage the debaters of the next generation and thinkers—to equip them with the instruments necessary to address tough problems and plead for transformation in an evolving world.
